Offering family-run B&B, Event space and Exclusive House Hire options, based here in beautiful Mid-Wales, nestled between Llandrindod Wells and Builth Wells.
We pride ourselves on being one of the best Accommodation providers in the Llandrindod Wells and Mid-Wales area.
We’re tucked away in a peaceful spot in the Powys countryside surrounded by farmland and our own small and picturesque lake, just 1.5 miles from the centre of Llandrindod Wells itself.
Situated at the Heart of Wales, Llandrindod Wells is a quaint little town with a relaxed and friendly vibe. Neighboring Builth Wells is full of lovely independent shops and cafe’s - perfect for a potter and a walk by the river.
Nearby Elan Valley and the Cambrian Mountains will appeal to the more adventurous traveler, with a large range of outdoor activities available close by.
With our on-site Bar, hearty welsh breakfasts and a variety of lovely local eateries for evening meals, you’ll be all set up to relax and explore all the area has to offer.
We also offer a number of event packages, as well as Weddings, conferences and meeting rooms.
Recently, exclusive hire has become a popular option, with friends or family hiring out the whole building for private use.

Being just a ten minute drive from the famed Royal Welsh Showground, we are perfectly situated for those of you visiting one of the MANY events hosted there - from Antiques to Wool there is a huge variety of events planned all year round.

Powys Conference Venue
Ideally situated in the centre of Powys, and indeed of the whole of Wales, our conference venue is both spacious and private, with several large meeting spaces, as well as numerous break-out rooms.
Exclusive House Hire & Group Accommodation
In 2024 we started hiring out the whole building for exclusive use and it has become a popular option for groups of friends and extended families.
With 13 bedrooms (sleeping up to 28 comfortably), spacious living areas, an industrial kitchen and large, south-facing terrace, Three Wells is a wonderful spot to while away a long weekend.
Locally, we are blessed with gorgeous scenery, family-friendly activities, and plenty more adventurous options.
Explore the Heart of Wales countryside on foot or on bike, with many paths leading directly from our front door. This is prime XC mountain-biking country, with natural trails suitable for beginners and pros alike.
High-adrenalin activities such as white-water rafting, kayaking, climbing and gorge-scrambling are available in the unspoilt Cambrian mountains or the renowned Brecon Beacons.
Mid Wales is also home to some superb golf courses and we provide and excellent base for playing Llandrindod Wells, Builth Wells, Cradoc, Kington and others.
